Stable Samsung Internet update brings autoplay video control and more

Samsung has pushed an update for the Samsung Internet app today, bringing the new features from the latest beta release to the stable version of the browser. The highlight of the update is the power to prevent ane of the most abrasive aspects of the modern web: autoplaying videos. TheAllow autoplay videostoggle in theUseful features section, once disabled, stops videos from autoplaying on every site that you visit. The new Samsung Internet update — to version 9.iv.00.45 — is only available on Google Play at the moment, but owners of Galaxy devices should see the update on the Galaxy Store sooner or later on.
